๐Ÿšš When Will My Order Ship?

All online orders placed before 8:30 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 8:30 AM PST are processed the next business day.

We ship orders the same day they are processed unless an item is out of stock or there is a payment issue.

- We areย closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and all major holidays.

- Theย first day after processing is not considered a business day.

  • Not all carriers operate on weekends unless anย expedited shipping service is selected.


โœ๏ธ Order Modifications & Address Changes

If you need to make changes after placing your order:

- Pleaseย call Customer Service at (800) 333-4069 ext. 304 as soon as possible.

- Email requests for changes cannot be guaranteed, but you will receive confirmation if successfully processed.

- Once an order hasย shipped, no further changes can be made.

- Shipping address changes may be possible depending on the carrier, but additional fees may apply.

๐Ÿ“ฆ UPS Shipping Guide

We offer Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next-Day UPS shipping options.
UPS guarantees delivery times but excludes delays caused by holidays or weather conditions.

โšก Expedited Shipping Notes

- Business days are Mondayโ€“Friday only.

- Begin counting delivery daysย from the next business day after your order ships (not the day you place the order).

- We shipย Monday through Friday.

๐Ÿ†“ Free Shipping Policy

If you add an item not marked as "Ship Free", your order will no longer qualify for free shipping.
To keep your free shipping:

- Place aย separate order for non-qualifying items.

๐Ÿ“ฌ PO Boxes

UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
If your shipping address is a PO Box, your order will be switched to USPS Priority Mail (2โ€“3 business days).
WWTS reserves the right to cancel or modify this arrangement at any time.

๐Ÿšซ Saturday Deliveries

UPS does not deliver on Saturdays.
If you need Saturday delivery, please call (626) 968-2600 to place your order and confirm service availability.

๐Ÿ“ฎ USPS Shipping Notes

We offer First Class, Priority, and Express USPS shipping.

Signature and insurance are available for an additional fee.

If tracking shows โ€œDeliveredโ€ but the package is not received, WWTS is not responsible for the lost package.
You must file a claim directly with USPS.

Please allow 1โ€“2 extra business days for USPS order processing.


โœˆ๏ธ International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country.


โœ… Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Orders

If you see โ€œDuties & Taxes Includedโ€ at checkout, all applicable import fees are prepaid.
Your package will be delivered directly without additional payment required.


โš ๏ธ Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) Orders

If duties and taxes are not prepaid, your local customs office or courier will contact you before delivery.
These charges are the customerโ€™s responsibility and must be paid to release your shipment.

If you decline to pay or refuse delivery:

- The parcel may beย returned or destroyed by customs.

- If returned, we willย deduct all related costs (outbound and return shipping, customs, and handling fees) from your refund.

- If destroyed,ย no refund will be issued.

By placing an international order, you agree to these terms and authorize us to deduct such costs from your original payment.


๐ŸŒ Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
These charges apply only to international orders and are assessed by your local customs authority once your shipment arrives in your country.

The customer is responsible for paying all import-related fees to ensure the package can be released and delivered.
We do not prepay or collect these charges (no DDP service).

If these fees go unpaid and the shipment is returned:

- Theย original shipping cost and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.

For Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) shipments:

- Theย buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes.

- If the buyer refuses delivery or fails to pay these fees,ย Worldwide Tattoo Supply reserves the right to deduct return freight, customs, and disposal costs from the refund amount.
