Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery, and all items must be in their original, unused condition.

For products with sealed packaging—including machines, pens, power units, and batteries—the packaging must remain unopened to be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Tattoo ink, books, and DVDs are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Return & Refund Policy:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returned items.
• Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after we receive the returned items.
